Apple Crisps
I made apple crisps in individual ramekins.
I'll leave less air in the filling, next time, so they don't collapse as much during the baking process.
Brussels
I was Sad Shopping™️ at some point in Dec/Jan and impulse purchased a bag of Brussels. They were so good, I found a recipe online and made them my own.
Dinner!
We had an anniversary dinner with some friends! It wasn't a particularly big anniversary, but it's always good to get together with the people who mean the most to you. We also had an impromptu Japanese Whiskey tasting, which was a very good idea.
