Drawing Blood
I finished Drawing Blood by Molly Crabtree, recently.
Some favorite moments:
- A moving paragraph about "mi abuelito".
- "She forced her damage back into those paintings."
- "Old ladies grabbed my arm and told me I'd done good."
I had no prior knowledge of Molly Crabtree before reading Drawing Blood and I'm happy her story made its way into my life.
