I found the Healthy Minds app after doing mindfulness exercises as a part of Yale's Happiness course.

  • Pleasant little exercises for your brain to make it a nicer place to live.
  • A 10- or 15-minute session is great while tending to laundry or dishes.
  • Do the exercises that make you feel better and skip the ones that don't.
